• Although the machine is able to produce pressure up to 19 bar, the optimal pressure of 9 bar is primarily used when preparing coffee, which guarantees the perfect extraction of taste and aroma.
• Higher pressure plays a key role in the rapid heating of water thanks to thermoblock technology and supports other functions of the device, such as frothing milk, taking care of the appropriate consistency and delicacy of the foam, without overloading it.
