Cold Extraction Technology

Equipped with innovative Cold Extraction technology, the Eletta Explore machine allows you to prepare Cold Brew in less than 5 minutes. The water passes the heating element and at room temperature flows into the brewing system. The brewing process is characterized by pulsating pump operation and low pressure, thanks to which coffee flows into the cup drop by drop, just like when preparing it from a drip.

Automatic foaming system

The patented LatteCrema milk frothing system will allow you to prepare a perfect cappuccino with a perfect, thick, milky foam with a creamy consistency. Do you prefer heated milk or more creamy foam? Choose from three levels of frothing – hot milk, medium or thick foam. You can brew the perfect coffee from the Eletta Explore machine in 3 basic sizes: 235 ml, 355 ml and 475 ml or adjust the portion to any capacity of a thermal mug from 235 to 475 ml. Specially designed, lowered drip tray allows you to fit high thermal cups (up to 16 cm) in the device. Its adjustment ensures that the coffee does not splash during pouring, and when brewing cappuccino, there will be no shortage of space for a fluffy layer of milk foam.
