NOTE - MIX OF COLORS!

Please indicate your preferred color only IN THE NOTES TO ORDER.

In the absence of this information - a random currently available variant will be sent.

if at the time of order completion the color indicated in the notes will not be available, another available variant will be sent.

In order to avoid disappointments and returns, please add a note to the order whether another color is accepted by you, if you indicate no interest in another variant, it will be information for us not to fulfill such an order.

Sending a request in a separate message (except for comments when placing an order) DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE EXECUTION OF COLOR SHIPPING AS PREFERRED! - the situation especially applies to orders placed after 10:00 and "at the last minute" regardless of the delivery method!

This limitation results from delays in the time needed to process and transmit messages to us by IT systems, the time needed to read the message, analyze it and process it to the order picking team. Messages are read and handled by. the order of their receipt, in the case of a large number of them, it is not possible to comply with its content, because often orders are completed within a short time of their receipt (especially those from 9-16).

Please keep that in mind.

We care about the full satisfaction of you and your pet, we always make every effort to meet your wishes - if we have the opportunity :)

NOTE - Purple color is an old variant - while the distributor's inventory is exhausted, it is not possible to choose it because we receive it in deliveries randomly or not at all.

Below are the color variants currently available and regularly delivered to us, however, due to the rotation of the goods, we do not guarantee the constant availability of the individual variant.
