The heart of the grinder is a modern brushless / BLDC motor. The absence of carbon brushes eliminates friction and spark, which translates into less failure rate and longer tool life. The engine is lighter and at the same time much more energy efficient than traditional solutions. The grinder works longer on a single charge and keeps high revolutions even under heavy load – it does not choke when cutting thick material.

The angular transmission in the BT-CA-20A is made of high-quality hardened steel. Precision-fit gears provide quiet operation and better transmission, and their durability far exceeds the simple gears used in cheaper replacements. This design guarantees resistance to high temperatures and overloads – a key feature during intensive cutting of concrete or metal.

Bartimex batteries are filled with high-quality 18650 cells – not an empty housing. Thanks to more cells, they are heavier than cheap substitutes, which translates into more energy, longer working time and stable power under load. They reach real voltage above 20V, while cheaper batteries often only have 18 to 19V in fact. Each battery is equipped with the BMS (Battery Management System), which protects the cells from overcharging, over-discharge, short circuit and overheating. Li-Ion batteries have no memory effect – you recharge them at any time.

Bartimex power tools use the BSS (Bartimex Share System), which ensures the compatibility of batteries within a given voltage line. This means that 20V batteries fit all Bartimex 20V devices – by purchasing more tools, you use already owned batteries and chargers. You invest once, you gain forever.
