AQUA CUT is an innovative cooling system designed for angle grinders, which allows you to transform a standard cordless grinder into a professional tool for cutting stoneware, quartz sinters, ceramics and natural stone wet.

When cutting hard materials, the biggest threat to the diamond disc is high temperature. Overheating leads to faster wear of diamond segments, decreased efficiency and the formation of nicks on the material being processed. AQUA CUT effectively eliminates this problem by directing a precise water mist directly to the cutting zone, ensuring optimal disc cooling and excellent edge quality.

One system for up to three disc sizes

AQUA CUT works with the most popular diamond discs with diameters:

• 100 mm
• 115 mm
• 125 mm

Thanks to specially marked positioning holes, it is enough to move the nozzle to the appropriate socket to perfectly match the cooling system to the selected disc diameter.

The system is equipped with strong neodymium magnets embedded in a durable body made of technical composite. Installation does not require the use of tools, screws or additional handles.

Simply apply the AQUA CUT to the metal grinder cover and start working.

Thanks to the asymmetrical arrangement of magnets, the system adapts to different shield designs. AQUA CUT works with most angle grinders available on the market equipped with a metal cover, regardless of the manufacturer or model of the device.

Perfectly clean cutting of stoneware and sinters

Precise cooling reduces the risk of microcracks and nicks on the edges of the material. Particularly visible effects are obtained when working with thin stoneware discs.
