Aliness Black cumin seed oil is the highest quality black cumin seed oil of Ethiopian origin. Ethiopian origin of seeds guarantees a much higher content of thymoquinone in the product (up to 2%) than in the case of other varieties and preserves all the nutrients of the seeds. It contains a high amount of oleic, linoleic and palmitic acid.
Using only the highest quality seeds from Ethiopia, we are able to produce 100% unrefined oil from black extra virgin seeds.
The oil is cold pressed, a slow (low speed) method that helps to preserve the volatile components found in the oil and ensure the best quality of the pressed oil. Such oil is characterized by a different color and stronger taste than other species of black cumin.
