RECIPE FOR YOGURT

To create a home, delicious and natural yogurt you need milk, as well as starter or sourdough.

1 In pot heat milk to approx. 85°C and then cool to about 45°C.

2 Add starter - acid and mix thoroughly.

3 Pour mixture to clean, evaporated jars, close jars with covers and insert jars into the yogurt maker.

4 Set the temperature and time on the yogurt maker according to the recommendations provided on the package of the manufacturer startera (acid). Close the yogurt rack with the lid.

5 After the time has passed remove the jars with ready-made yogurt and insert into the fridge.

6 Pieces of fruit, nuts, jam, marmalade, fruit juices, etc. can be added to jars.

7 Ready jars with yogurt store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
