CONFORT 8 MM Yoga Mat

Our mat measures 173 cm in length, 61 cm in width and 8 mm in thickness. Weighs 1,85 kg.

- Do you do calm yoga like Hatha, regenerative, prenatal or Nidra? Physical exercise is moderate. The 5 - 8 mm thick mat provides comfort to the cervical vertebrae and joints. - Do you do dynamic yoga like Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hot or Bikram? A series of consecutive positions are performed quickly, and physical effort is large. You need maximum grip and a thin mat for stability (maximum 5 mm).

The weight of the mat depends on the material used. We choose materials with their properties in mind in order to best respond to the needs of use. Some materials are heavier than others. In turn, when using the same material, the weight of the mat will be directly proportional to its thickness: the thicker, the heavier. Keep this in mind when choosing a mat. We offer mats weighing from 405 g to 3,5 kg.

It is recommended to wash the mat with a soft cloth and water with a small amount of soap. Between one wash and the other, you can spray a mist of our essential oil spray to refresh the mat. Allow it to dry in the open air before re-rolling.
