The Rishikesh Travel yoga mat, like the Kailash yoga mat and Rishikesh Premium, is made of high-quality PVC, a very durable and durable material that is flexible, resilient and holds the floor perfectly. The travel version is only 2 mm light, weighs only 0,9 kg and is easy to take on the go.

This is the perfect mat for different types of practice, especially those with medium intensity levels such as hatha yoga, Iyengar yoga and yin yoga. The Bodhi Rishikesh Travel yoga mat adheres perfectly to the floor with its entire surface, does not roll up when moving from one position to another. It can also be used by fans of more intense forms of yoga such as dynamic Vinyasa or Ashtanga, but it should be remembered that the anti-slip properties of the mat will be smaller in damp rooms, with intense exercises with large amounts of sweat. This means that it is not a suitable mat for practices such as e.g. Bikram Yoga or hot yoga.
