The latest series of Dragon V-Point heads, to create which we used Mustad LongPOINT™ BK1 BenchKote hooks (covered with polyramic coating). Their features are a round elbow arch (Aberdeen type), extended in relation to the standards by about 15%. The middle part of the shank and the elbow arch have been flattened laterally to increase the resistance of the hook to bending (so-called. semi-forged hook, i.e. partially forged hook). For the production of VIPER hooks, 1X STRONG HeavyDUTY™ wire was used, but this time made of 154CM steel, harder and thus eliminating practically to zero the effect of springing the hook at the time of jamming the fish. The elongated LongPOINT™ blade resulted in an incredibly sharp and gripping hook. As in the other V-Point series, the most modern disc bait locking is used here, which protects it one hundred percent against slipping during casting.
