- Dissolve 37 g by mixing in a bottle with 500 ml of water.
- Use before exercise, about 500 ml of liquid (for 1 hour. before the effort).
- During exercise, about 1000 ml (for every hour of exercise).
- After exercise, more than 500 ml of liquid (up to two hours after exercise).
