Recommended dosage
10 ml of concentrate per 600 to 700 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg). Maximum 50 ml of concentrate per day. Do not use mineral waters, as they can disrupt the osmolality of the drink and mineral balance.
Method of use
Use the included measuring cup to thoroughly prepare the drink. Do not store the finished drink for more than 24 hours. Once opened, store at temperatures up to 25°C and consume within 3 months.
