Vitamin E additionally protects cells from oxidative damage, and vitamin B1 (thiamine) supports normal energy metabolism.

Method of use

Dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water and mix thoroughly. Consume partially (150 ml) already during warm-up, then every 15 minutes during exercise and up to 2 hours after its completion for regeneration.
