Method of use
Dissolve 38 g of powder (about 2 scoops) in 500 ml of water. Before starting the effort (e.g. during warm-up) it is recommended to drink 150 – 250 ml. During training, consume regularly about 150 ml every 15 minutes to maintain adequate hydration and energy levels.
