Sparkling tablets for the preparation of an isotonic drink with a lemon flavor, supporting hydration of the body during physical activity. The form of tablets allows convenient preparation of a drink with electrolytes, carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals supporting the functioning of the body during exercise.
Properties
The formula provides carbohydrates that support the proper functioning of the brain during physical exertion.
Potassium supports the proper functioning of the neuromuscular system and maintaining normal blood pressure. Calcium supports muscle function, nerve conduction, and maintaining healthy bones and teeth. Magnesium supports electrolyte balance and protein synthesis.
Vitamin C supports the proper functioning of the immune system, protects cells from oxidative stress, supports collagen synthesis and contributes to the reduction of fatigue. Vitamin E supports the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) supports normal energy metabolism.
One pack (10 tablets) allows you to prepare about 2,5 liters of drink.
Method of use
- Serving: 2 tablets
- Preparation: dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water.
- Use: consume during warm-up (about 150 ml every 15 minutes), during activity and up to 2 hours after training.
