Properties of protein concentrate (WPC)

WPC, or whey protein concentrate, is a popular dietary supplement used especially by athletes and physically active people. It is extracted from whey, which is a by-product of the cheese making process. Thanks to its properties, WPC has become an extremely valued ingredient in the world of fitness and bodybuilding.

Method of use

Use:

A single serving (1 sachet = 30 g) should be used 1 to 3 times a day. The number of servings depends on the individual needs of the exerciser and his current level of training advancement

Periodic breaks in WPC supplementation are recommended to avoid adaptation of the body and maintain high efficiency of the product. Although whey protein is generally safe, long-term, over-repair can have undesirable effects, such as kidney strain. Interruptions can minimize the risk of such problems. Breaks can be planned every few months, for example, after 3-4 months of regular supplementation, you can take a break lasting several weeks.
