Obtained in advanced technological processes, they retain the full structure and activity of functional whey proteins and growth factors – beta-lactoglobulin, alpha lactoalbumin, immunoglobulins, plasma albumin, lactoferrin, lactotransferrin, ceruloplasmin, phosphoglycoproteins, proteases and peptons. High nutritional value and anabolic activity make isolated and concentrated whey proteins considered the most valuable sources of dietary protein for competitive athletes and physically active people. They owe their high nutritional value to excellent bioavailability and optimal proportions of exogenous and endogenous amino acids with an exceptionally high proportion of branched chain amino acids (BCAA), sulfur and glutamine. High anabolic activity, in addition to high nutritional value, is influenced by metabolic features of whole whey proteins and peptides and micropeptides formed as a result of their transformation. These substances work similarly to peptide, anabolic growth factors. They facilitate the transport of amino acids to muscle cells and stimulate anabolism. They form an antioxidant barrier, counteracting the degradation of muscle proteins by free oxygen radicals. They stabilize lysosomes and inhibit the activity of catabolic lysosomal enzymes.
Dosage
On average, 1-3 servings of dz. are used. - after waking up, between meals, after training and before bedtime. Dissolve 1 portion of the preparation (35 g - 96 units of Olimp scoop or 5,5 flat tablespoons) in 150 ml of water.
