Ingredients:

• 1 egg
• 1 scoop of protein supplement
• 40 ml milk
• 2 tablespoons flour (any)
• A pinch of baking powder

Execution:

Mix the ingredients into a uniform dough.

Apply small portions to a hot pan.

Fry for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Serve with yogurt or fruit.
