The product serves as a complementary source of protein, especially for athletes. To prepare 1 serving, mix 25 g (1 scoop) of the product with 300 – 400 ml of still water. Mix the portion thoroughly with a shaker, then let the foam fall (about 20 seconds).

RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE: Consume 1 to 3 servings per day, depending on your needs.

The product contains milk, milk proteins and lactose. May contain traces of eggs, soy, fish, peanuts, nuts, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Store in a dry and dark place at 4 to 25 °C. Protect against direct sunlight, frost and moisture. Keep out of reach of children!
