Whey 100 contains high-quality whey protein concentrate (WPC), which is a source of wholesome animal proteins. It provides all the essential amino acids, including naturally occurring BCAA and L-glutamic acid.

The conditioner is characterized by very good solubility and rapid absorption, thanks to which it works great after training and during the day as a supplement to the diet in protein. The product is based almost exclusively on whey protein concentration (WPC). It is not a mixture of cheaper additives or fillers, but a concentrated source of wholesome protein. It is characterized by good bioavailability and a beneficial amino acid profile, which makes it an excellent support in daily supplementation.

BCAA and L-Glutamine

Whey 100 contains naturally occurring BCAA and glutamine, which support the regeneration and synthesis of muscle proteins. Their presence results from the raw material itself – whey protein concentrate.

How to use:

• Dissolve a single portion of the product – 30 g (1 sachet) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings per day.
• On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime.
• On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
