Product Description:

Whey protein concentrate Whey 100 contains high-quality whey protein concentrate, which is a source of wholesome animal proteins and contains all the essential amino acids, including BCAA and L-glutamic acid. Whey 100 dissolves perfectly and absorbs quickly, and the proteins contained in it contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 90 g.

How to use:

• Dissolve a single portion of the product – 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings per day.
• On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime.
• On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
