FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What systems does the smartwatch work with?

The watch is compatible with Android 5.0+ and iOS 11+. For full functionality, a Bluetooth connection with the GloryFit and GloryFitPro applications is required.

How to properly connect the watch to the phone?

The watch should only be paired via the GloryFit or GloryFitPro app. Do not connect it directly in your phone's Bluetooth settings as this may cause problems with notifications and calls.

No notifications or calls are working – what should I do?

Make sure that the GloryFit or GloryFitPro app runs in the background, has battery restrictions disabled, and that the watch has been paired by the app, not directly in Bluetooth settings.

Can I reply to messages?

The watch displays notifications from supported apps (e.g. SMS, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram). The content of the message is presented in abbreviated form. We can send a short response to messages from Whastapp but we cannot start the conversation ourselves.

How does GPS work on the watch?

Select the GPS-enabled sports mode and wait for the satellite signal to be caught. Once the workout is complete, synchronize the data in the app. The phone is not needed during activity – the route is saved in the watch.

Can you swim with a watch?

Yes. The smartwatch is designed for swimming in the pool.

How long does it take to load?

Full charge takes about 1 to 2 hours. It is recommended to use a power supply with an intensity of up to 1A.

Do I need an app to work?

Yes. The GloryFit or GloryFitPro application is required to synchronize data, notifications and smart functions. Basic functions, such as a pedometer, also work without a connection to the phone.

What applications can I synchronize data with?

Training data can be synchronized with Strava. On Android, the app works with Health Connect.

Are health functions a medical device?

Health functions (e.g. heart rate measurement, blood oxygenation, sleep) are informative and do not replace professional medical diagnostics. The device is not a medical device.
