Samsung Galaxy Fit3 is a slim and lightweight fitness band designed to monitor daily activity, workouts and basic body parameters. The Pink Gold version combines a rose gold aluminum case with a matching strap, giving it a more elegant look than typical sports smartbands. The manufacturer's model is SM-R390NIDAEUB.

The device is equipped with a large touch screen AMOLED with a diagonal of 1,6" and a resolution of 256 × 402 pixels. The rectangular display provides ample space for information about workouts, activities, sleep, or notifications from your smartphone, while still maintaining the band's compact design.

Galaxy Fit3 allows you to monitor m.in. heart rate, oxygenation of blood SpO₂, stress level, sleep and its individual phases, steps, distance, calories burned and daily activity. Data can be synchronized with a compatible smartphone and analyzed in the Samsung Health ecosystem.

There are more than 100 types of workouts at the user’s disposal, thanks to which Fit3 can accompany during running, walking, fitness exercises, strength training and many other activities. Selected exercises can also be automatically recognized, making it easier to record daily movement.

The band is equipped with a 208 mAh battery, and the maximum operating time declared by the manufacturer is up to 13 days. Fast power replenishment is also supported – about 30 minutes of charging allows you to reach up to 65% of the battery level.

Galaxy Fit3 will work well during active use thanks to the resistance of 5 ATM and IP68. This means increased resistance to water, dust and conditions encountered during daily workouts. The aluminium case itself is very light – it weighs about 18,5 g and measures 42,9 × 28,8 × 9,9 mm.

Connectivity with the phone is realized via Bluetooth 5.3. Once paired, Fit3 can display m.in. information about calls, messages, calendar events and weather. Additional features are also available, such as music control, phone search, and remote camera support on a compatible smartphone.

It is worth noting that the Galaxy Fit3 is not a standalone LTE watch and does not have an SIM card input. There is also no GPS module – in the case of functions requiring location, it can use the capabilities of a connected smartphone. The device works under the control of the FreeRTOS system.
