The watch also enables constant monitoring of the level of SpO2 – a key indicator of oxygenation of the body. Low levels of oxygen in the blood can lead to fatigue, memory problems, and even pose a health risk. The smartwatch also analyzes key sleep phases: deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep and naps, as well as the number of awakenings. Based on this data, it assesses the quality of your sleep and provides personalized tips to help you rest effectively. The built-in skin temperature sensor tracks its changes, keeping you informed of any deviations. HUAWEI WATCH D2 also supports stress management, will monitor its level throughout the day and will recommend relaxation techniques such as e.g. Breathing exercises to help you cope with everyday challenges.
