1) How to pair the watch with the app?

1. Install Stelio Activ (Google Play / App Store).
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
3. In the app, select Pairing devices and search for your watch.

Important: do not pair the watch from the Bluetooth list on your phone (always pair in the app).

Grant permissions: Bluetooth + Location + Notifications.

2) You cannot pair the watch – what should I do?

• Check if the watch is on and charged.
• Keep your watch close to your phone (up to 10 m).
• Turn Bluetooth off/on your phone (10 sec. ).
• If the watch was connected to another phone – disconnect/forget the device or reset the watch.

iPhone: Settings → Bluetooth → (i) → Forget this device.

3) Bluetooth connection disconnects/is unstable

The most common causes:

• too long distance / obstacles (walls, metal, glass),
• the application does not work in the background (especially Android),
• lack of permissions (Bluetooth + Location),
• outdated system/application.

Quick repair: BT restart, phone/watch restart, possibly re-pairing.

4) No data synchronization or settings

• Make sure that your watch is connected in the app.
• Synchronization usually starts when you start the app — keep your watch close.
• If not: do manual synchronization on the homepage (drag/refresh).
• Do not close the app during setup.

Hint: The memory of the watch is limited — synchronize data every few days.

5) How to extend battery life?

The screen consumes the most energy. Change the settings:

• limit/disable AOD (or set a schedule),
• shorten the backlight time,
• disable wake up with gesture,
• reduce brightness,
• Enable nightlight.

6) Notifications not working (Android) – shortest

• The application must run in the background (without battery restrictions).
• Enable permissions: Notifications + Bluetooth + Location.
• In the app: Profile → Device → Notifications → turn on and select apps.

7) Notifications not working (iOS)

• iPhone: Settings → Bluetooth → device Connected.
• Enable notification sharing and preview (preferably: Always / After unlock).
• Enable background application refresh for Stelio Activ.
• In the application: Profile → Device → Notification.

8) Cannot answer calls (Android/iOS)

• Check if the watch is connected in Bluetooth.
• The application has permissions: Bluetooth + Location (Android).
• In the app turn on: Profile → My watch → Call → Receiving calls.
• Do not disturb mode or charging can mute call notifications.

9) GPS takes a long time to get the position

• The first positioning can take approx. 45 seconds.
• Enter the open space (buildings can block the signal).

10) How to set/change shield and AOD?

Application → Shield Gallery → select → Install.

You can use your own photo.

AOD: Profile → My watch → Display and brightness → AOD (remember: increases battery consumption).
