Measurement takes ok. 15 seconds and the watch presents data in real time and all results are saved in a dedicated application on a smartphone. A useful function is also the heart rate alarm. It turns on when the value set by the user is exceeded.

One rising and falling of the chest is one breath, i.e. one inhalation and one exhalation. The number of breaths per minute is called the frequency of breathing. The human body inhales oxygen and exhales carbon dioxide to maintain normal lung function when it is calm is about 12-22 times per minute.
