Why is version 2XL 2.0 MFI an absolute breakthrough in the organization?

• MFI foam cartridges – Tailor-made: You get multi-layer foam cartridges included. Just draw the shape of your tool (e.g. expensive screwdriver, cross laser or meter) and gently cut the layers. The tool lies in the box like a hive, completely protected against shocks.
• Polycarbonate impact resistant cover: The organizer cover is made of pure polycarbonate, which makes it virtually indestructible. It is 100% transparent, so you can see all its contents without opening the box.
• Standard 2.0 and IP66 seal: The new generation 2.0 is an even stronger strike. The organizer has a flexible gasket built into the cover, which guarantees full protection against dust ingress and water jets (IP66 certified). Your equipment is safe on dusty construction sites and in heavy rain.

How to properly cut MFI foam? The cartridges consist of several millimeters of permanently compressed layers. Use a sharp sectional knife (e.g. Stanley). Cut the foam vertically after the outline of the tool, then successively peel off the individual layers from the bottom until you get the desired depth. Take your time – a perfectly matched socket blocks the tool from vertical and horizontal movement. Construction reinforcements and sockets M8: Version 2.0 is also an additional ribbing of the body, which allows you to safely put your feet on the organizer (can be used as a platform). What's more, the organizer has factory places for M8 threaded inserts, which allows for full personalization and installation of your own accessories on the outside of the box. Compatibility: Durable polyamide side connectors allow you to seamlessly connect the organizer with other elements of the Qbrick System ONE system and new PRO series modules.
