The HWI-D140H is equipped with an Ethernet interface. Simply connect the internet cable to the camera and configure the connection accordingly. After quick configuration, it is possible to remotely view the view from the camera via a web browser or appropriate programs for a computer and smartphone. Having the appropriate permissions (password - created at the first configuration), it is possible to manage the configuration parameters of the device.

The Hik-Connect mobile app for mobile devices is available for both Android and iOS devices.

The HWI-D140H has a built-in motion detection algorithm - when moving objects are detected on stage, the camera can send an alarm notification to the program and application.

What’s more, recording in motion detection mode, the camera allows you to save a very large amount of space on the hard disk, which positively affects its lifespan.

The camera housing is characterized by a IP67 protection class - this means that it is 100% resistant to water and dust penetration into the housing.

The use of this type of housing allows the camera to work in any weather conditions, both inside and outside the building.

The HWI-D140H is equipped with automatic night mode - this means that when the ambient lighting drops, the camera goes into black and white mode, supported by an infrared illuminator with a range of 30m.
