Magnum MIG 240 Dual Pulse Synergy is the latest, improved version of MIG for welding black steel and other demanding alloys such as aluminum and stainless steel.

FLASH WELDING WITH PULSE

In MIG welding with so-called. With a pulsating arc, the end of the electrode wire melts accelerated, forming and peeling off metal droplets. A well-made MIG weld with double pulsation is aesthetically and qualitatively similar to the welded joint obtained by TIG AC method. However, the difference is that during double pulsation MIG welding much higher efficiency is achieved, and the semi-automatic welding technology itself is much simpler for the operator than TIG welding.
