OPTIVISC SINGLE 90mg/3ml (3%) is a medical device designed to be injected inwards of the knee joint.

The gel has a cross-linked structure (3%), which changes its rheological properties to more viscous and reduces its solubility, thanks to which hyaluronic acid is characterized by prolonged duration of action and better biocompatibility.

Indications:

• Overload
• Sports-related injuries and injuries
• For people exposed to micro-injuries
• Osteoarthritis

Contraindications:

• Allergy to any ingredient contained in the product
• Hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid

Composition:

• Sodium hyaluronate 90mg/3ml - 3%
• Phosphate buffered saline
• Molecular weight: Dalton 3,0 million
• pH: 7,2

Contents:

• 1 pre-filled syringe of 3 ml containing 90 mg sodium hyaluronan

The manufacturer recommends using a needle (18G-25G) of the appropriate length, adapted to the injection of the gel into a given joint.
