Product for polishing dishes in industrial dishwashers - SOFT AND MEDIUM-HARD WATER.

SP 121 is a liquid low-foaming, highly concentrated liquid containing acidic complexing agents and low-foaming detergents. Complexing agents bind calcium ions (soften water) supporting rinsing and preventing limescale build-up on washed surfaces. Thanks to good wettability and acidic reaction, the process of transition of silica into silicates is blocked, thanks to which the washed dishes obtain a high gloss and even drip. It is designed for polishing dishes in industrial dishwashers of various types.

APPLICATION:

• gives a crystalline shine
• effectively removes residues of impurities and alkalis remaining after basic washing.

The best results are obtained by using Profimax SP 111 for basic washing and SP 121 for polishing. The product is suitable for use in soft and medium-hard water.

How to use:

SP 121 is designed for dosing with a pump. The method of dosing and the size of dosing should be adjusted to the type of washing machine used and the type of dosing pump. On average, the product is used at a temperature of 80°C - 90°C and a dose of 0,1 - 0,4 g / 1 liter of water.
