How to measure the length of the foot correctly?
We stand in a slight stretch (one foot on the measuring cup as in the figure below, the other next)
We measure both feet in this way (feet often differ slightly in length)
We read the results and write down the length of the longer foot.
⚠ The measuring cup from the machine adds 15mm to the result when measuring the length of the foot.
How to measure the shoe inside?
We put a measuring cup inside the shoe and slide it out until the steel tape touches the tip of the shoe and the plastic part is fastened against the heel. With the other hand, press the tape so that it adheres to the insert.
The reading indicates the length of the shoe inside.
The recommended length of the sports shoe inside should be 6-10mm longer and the winter 10-15mm.
