The JD1 was a product that enabled entry into the world of affordable HiFi headphones, offering audiophile sound quality at an affordable price for users around the world.

The second generation of affordable FIIO JD10 headphones continues the “dual high” approach – high sound quality at an affordable price – in an effort to become the standard of value among entry-level headphones.

To become the benchmark for entry-level sound quality, the JD10 features a carefully selected 10-millimeter polymer composite membrane. This membrane is very rigid, has low distortion and is optimally damped. It delivers rich and full bass that pairs perfectly with mids and highs for a truly pleasant sound. In addition, thanks to meticulous acoustic tuning that uses membrane stiffness, the JD10 are highly resolving in a way rarely seen among its counterparts, capable of reproducing even subtle audio details.

Two-cavity design

The JD10 uses a two-chamber acoustic design, with separate damping systems in each chamber. This precise air flow damping control helps to reduce distortion, which effectively improves the movement of the transducer diaphragm and bass expansion.

When listening to complex music, this design allows the JD10 to capture more nuance in bass notes – resulting in refreshingly fast and detailed bass.

Japanese vibrating coil CCAW 0,033 mm

To ensure higher sound quality from the transducer, the JD10 uses a special ultra-thin Japanese CCAW vibrating coil, with a wire diameter of only about 0,033 mm.

This vibrating coil, thanks to its thin wires and CCAW properties, significantly reduces the total weight of the transducer. As a result, the transducer is easier to get more volume, which also leads to improved transient response. The result is a cleaner and more pleasant sound.

High Efficiency N52 External Magnet

The JD10 uses an external magnet design. This allows the use of a larger magnet, which more effectively surrounds the vibrating coil and provides a stronger sound. High-performance N52 neodymium-iron-boron magnets were chosen due to their abundance of energy and the ability to apply force over an even, wide area, which ensures the best transducer performance.

The JD10 was designed from the start as a comfortable and lightweight all-round pair of IEMs. Each JD10 weighs only 3,7 g, which makes them one of the lightest in its class, and thus, you can easily use them even during long, fatigue-free listening sessions.

Control on cable with attached microphone

The set includes a cable with three control buttons and a high-resolution microphone. The up and down buttons can be used to increase or decrease the volume, while the middle button can be used to receive/disconnect, as well as play/pause.

High purity oxygen-free copper cable

The cable consists of a total of XX high purity oxygen-free copper wires, which means that it is fully capable of transmitting rich audio signals flawlessly, allowing you to immerse yourself more easily in the world of high-fidelity sound.
