CTEK MXS 5.0 is a modern rectifier designed for charging 12 V lead-acid batteries, capacities in the range of 1,2-110 Ah with a maximum charging current of 5 A. The device is great for charging batteries in motorcycles, cars and vans, motor boats, tractors or household or utility equipment, such as pumps, lawn mowers, snow blowers, etc.

The fully automatic 8-stage charging process is characterized by a variable current depending on the state of charge of the battery. Thanks to this, the battery maintains very good performance and performance, which has a positive effect on its service life and durability. CTEK patented desulphurisation mode removes sulphates from lead plates and restores battery capacity.

The rectifier is equipped with a number of programs optimizing operating parameters, such as: mode for small batteries, mode for medium batteries, charging at low temperatures and AGM batteries (14,7 V charging). Another useful mode is the regeneration of batteries in a deep discharge state.

Another advantage of the device is the impulse-operating support mode. It protects against overcharging and keeps the battery with maximum charge in full readiness for operation.
