Product Description:

HMB LIQUID contains liquid form of HMB. This short-chain fatty acid is formed from an amino acid (L-Leucine) after any intense physical exercise or as a result of prolonged stress. HMB LIQUID is a product for physically active people.

The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 3 ml.

HMB, like creatine, is one of the first supplements in the world on which many scientific studies have been created. Are you wondering how the use of HMB helps? Here are the main directions of action of this acid:

  1. inhibition of muscle catabolism - this is an excellent protection of muscles against breakdown, which is the result of the consumption of muscle amino acids. The most effective form of protection against catabolism is saturation of muscles with amino acids and their metabolites, i.e. 3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyric acid.
  2. increase in lean body mass - nutrients containing this acid improve both resting and exercise energy of the body, which begins to be based on the resources of unnecessary body fat. In this way, muscle resources of amino acids are protected, and glycogen is saved for intensive efforts.
  3. increase in strength and endurance - improvement of aerobic and anaerobic power - as this acid supports the energy of both aerobic and anaerobic efforts, its use is recommended for strength and endurance sports.

What’s more, HMB taken regularly works great during the process of burning body fat to maintain the level of muscle tissue developed so far. HMB can also be useful as a training support for people who are just starting their adventure with the gym, training and building muscle mass.

How to use:

  • Dissolve a single serving of the product ‒ 1 ml (30 drops) in 100 ml of water or juice. Use 3 servings per day.
  • On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion immediately after training, III portion before bedtime.
  • On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals, III portion before bedtime.
  • Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Composition per serving (1ml):

  • HMB: 1ml

Ingredients: 100 % HMB (ß-hydroxy ß-methylbutyric acid). The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.
