HID-RATION™ is a dietary supplement in the form of soluble tablets with orange flavor, which thanks to the magnesium content helps maintain electrolyte balance. It supplements the diet with minerals, vitamins and amino acids. It provides 5 minerals: magnesium, potassium, sodium, zinc, calcium, chloride, amino acids: beta-alanine, L-carnitine tartrate, L-glutamine, 5 B vitamins: niacin, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamins B6, B12, 100% RWS* of vitamin C in one tablet. It contains a sweetener.

Magnesium and potassium support the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscles, zinc supports the work of the immune system, vitamin C contributes to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue, and calcium helps to maintain proper nervous transmission.

The results of many studies confirm that poor irrigation habits and the resulting even mild dehydration have a significant impact on health, safety and performance.

The recommended daily intake necessary to achieve a beneficial effect: 3 tablets. Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of cool water and drink immediately after preparation. Consume 3 times a day.
