Lindy 38259 8-Port HDBaseT Switch (8xOUT)

The switch comes from a product line designed to create modular 8, 16, and 32-port dies. Input ports can be HDMI, DVI or VGA ports, natoamist HDMI, DVI or C6 HDBaseT output ports. Each input can be combined with any output to obtain an image with UHD 4Kx2K resolution at 30Hz over a distance of up to 100m. The modular design provides freedom in the transmission of audio and video signals as a converter or extension cable during shows, trainings or on public displays, e.g. in schools, pubs, etc.

The 8-port C6 HDBaseT switch is designed for use with Lindy 38250, 38251, 38252 (modular enclosures) and 38253, 38254, 38256 and 38257 (switches) products.

C6 HDBaseT technology supports high-quality image transmission (resolutions up to 4K UHD and 1920x1200 at 60Hz, including 1080p 3D), multi-channel audio and support via IR, RS-232 or web/Telnet interface from 8 high-quality sources up to 8 HDBaseT outputs via one CAT5e cable (up to 80m) or CAT6/7 cable (up to 100m) at each output.

It supports high resolution digital audio formats dry as LPCM 7.1 CH, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD Master Audio as well as 3D content that can be displayed when connecting a 3DTV and 3D source. Power over Ethernet (PoE) support means that compatible receivers do not need their own separate power supplies, allowing for greater flexibility in installations and the LAN serving function allows devices such as Smart TVs to be connected to the network/internet.
