Loads are fixed on the threaded neck with a nut. This allows you to secure loads - even when you use dumbbells in an upright position. During dynamic training between individual series, check the tightening of the nuts if you hear the plates hitting each other. Remember at the same time that small slacks are a normal phenomenon, allowing you to maintain the ease of putting plates on the neck.
