WHAT IS FLOSSING?

The technique of applying joints or muscle group with latex rubber, which effectively improves the problems associated with limiting the range of motion as well as those associated with pain felt during movement. This technique is intended primarily for patients in acute or sub-acute traumatic conditions with ROM limitation – range of motion.

HOW DOES FLOSSING WORK?

By applying rubber flossing tape to the injured part of the body, immediate pressure occurs, which causes an increase in pressure in the tissues and leads to a decrease in capillary circulation. The effect is:

• Improving the range of motion in joints
