  6. Strengthening the buttocks muscles: Stand on one leg and place the other leg on the tape, holding its ends in both hands. Then do a squat while lifting your leg on the tape backwards, this will strengthen your gluteal muscles.
  7. Abdomen muscle strengthening: Sit on the floor with your legs straight, then place the tape around your feet. Holding the ends of the tape in both hands, make inclinations forward, tightening the abdominal muscles.
