Columns F-330 is a classic three-way design using woofers with a diameter of 320 mm, a midrange speaker of 180mm and a silk 25 mm tweeter dome with waveguide.

The speakers have a good tonal balance. The expressive upper frequency range and solidly outlined low tones are the definite advantages of this model. The sound is harmonious with great detail. A wide sound stage, “open” sound and high dynamics – all this makes us rediscover the beauty of listening to music.

Classic materials were used to build the drivers - cellulose membranes of medium and woofers and a silk tweeter dome.

Based on many years of experience, we have developed our own optimization algorithm in which engineering studies are presented to a multi-person panel of listeners which, based on blind tests, indicates the direction of further work. This enabled us to take full advantage of the properties of the materials and achieve an excellent end result.

Speaker diaphragms are finished in black, subdued non-pretentious design are features that allow you to blend the speakers into the decor of most interiors.

Housing:

The construction of the loudspeakers uses a bass-reflex housing. The use of the Helmholtz Resonator makes it possible to increase the processing efficiency of low tones in relation to the closed housing. This makes the bass range characterized by high efficiency typical for bass-reflex enclosures while maintaining good sound diversity. An additional advantage of the presented housing type is a noticeable increase in the power strength of the transducers in the low frequency range.

The housings were made on CNC numerical machine tools. The inner walls were covered with a specially selected damping material, in order to reduce the susceptibility to own resonances and maximum loss of reflected energy of sound waves.

Crossover and speakers:

The use of three-way frequency band division enabled the use of specialized woofers and midrange speakers. This division of “tasks” made it possible to optimize each of the above-mentioned speakers for their function and to reject the limitations typical of low-midrange speakers used in two-way systems.

Speakers

All speakers are characterized by a perfect fit in terms of sound color. The transducers used have been developed in our company to achieve minimal nonlinear and harmonic distortion. The diaphragms of low and midrange speakers are made of modified cellulose characterized by excellent acoustic properties. Membranes of tweeters are made of silk subjected to special heat treatment. Speaker crossovers have been developed using modern, advanced programs and design and measurement systems, which is e.g. “CLIO” system from AUDIOMATICA. Particular attention was paid to listening tests, in particular on the acoustic integration of drivers, which has an unconditional impact on the sound stage and the stereo effect. Many listening sessions were conducted, during which, based on the opinions of testers, the optimal design was selected.
