✨✨✨Adjustable hole opener drill bit scale

① Measure the thickness of the plate in which the hole is to be made.

② Prepare the hole opener drill as shown in the picture and install the dimensionally required drill sleeve. Drill bushings in the upper row (3 pieces): 8/8/8 mm

③ Adjust the scale to which the drill sleeve panel indicates – the scale value should be equal to half the thickness of the plate, and then tighten the mounting screw.

✨✨✨Making holes in the side plate

① Place the hole opener drill on the side plate, slide it to the place provided for the hole and tighten the handle.

② Use an 8 mm diameter drill bit and make three 8 mm diameter holes one by one each.

③ Replace the drill with a diameter of 15 mm and make one hole on the other side (for an eccentric wheel) with a diameter of 15 mm.

✨✨✨Drilling and joining the bottom plate —— T-shaped joining

① Use auxiliary plate for fasteners. Dimensions of three drill sleeves: 8/10/8 mm respectively.

② Draw auxiliary lines in the place provided for joining on the bottom plate.

③ Mount one wooden spatula in the middle hole of the side plate, then align and apply the side plate to the bottom plate.

④ Insert the auxiliary plate clamp on the wooden spike, align the indicators on both sides with the auxiliary lines. You can use tools such as strong pliers to attach.

⑤ Use 8mm/10mm diameter drill bits to make 8mm diameter wooden spatula hole and 10mm diameter pre-installed adhesive insert hole accordingly.

① Mount the drill sleeve panel on the other side (as illustrated), then replace the middle drill sleeve with an 8 mm diameter one with one 10 mm. Drill sleeve dimensions: 8 mm 10 mm 8 mm

② Mount one wooden spatula in the middle hole of the side plate, then align the side plate with the bottom and apply them to each other.

③ Insert the hole opener drill clamp onto the wooden spatula (as illustrated), glue the entire hole opener drill to the bottom plate without any gaps, then tighten the handle.

④ Use 8mm/10mm diameter drill bits to make 8mm wooden spatula hole and 10mm pre-installed adhesive insert hole accordingly.

⑤ Hole drilling effect in the bottom plate: 8 mm 10 mm 8 mm

⑥ Install pre-installed adhesive inserts, fasteners and wooden pins.

⑦ Align the holes of the side and bottom plates, then connect them together without gaps.

⑧ Install the eccentric wheel and tighten it – the connection has been completed.
