Gasification: prepare sulphur, denatured or potassium nitrate and metal flat containers. Use 10-15g of sulfur per 1m3 room. Mix 1kg of sulfur and 40g of potassium nitrate or spray with denatured and place in metal flat containers spaced at several points in the room. Then, going from the end of the room, we light it up and quickly leave the room. Sulphur combustion is performed at a temperature of 15-30oC. Gasing time should be about 1 day. After this time, open the doors and vents in order to completely ventilate the room.
Soil acidification: the amount of sulphur sown for soil acidification depends on the pH of the soil, the fertilization used and the type of cultivation.
Sulphur application dates:
- autumn in low doses - about 0,5-1 kg of sulphur per 10 m2 (plants can be grown already in spring)
- autumn in higher doses - about 3 kg of sulphur per 10 m2 (plants can be grown after a minimum of 12 months)
- 30-50g under the plant depending on acidification
