Replacement of sanding pad:

• ✔ Insert the Allen wrench into the hole on the shaft and turn the pad clockwise, to loosen it

• ✔ Use the Allen wrench to screw on the new pad, this time turning counterclockwise, until it is firmly fixed

Replacement of carbon brushes:

• ✔ Use a screwdriver to open the carbon brush chamber cover

• ✔ Remove used brushes and replace them with new ones
