How to use the set

Carb loading (1 to 3 days before the start):

Increase your carbohydrate supply to replenish your glycogen stores.

Start day:

Choose a light, proven breakfast. Don't experiment.

During the competition:

• Consume gels every 20 to 30 minutes

• Test your strategy earlier in your workouts

• Adjust the amount of fluids to temperature and intensity

Practical tips

• Drink gels with water – improves tolerance

• Avoid excessive drinking just before the start

• Check the location of nutrition points

• Take a spare gel in case of extended time
