The water de-ironizer is an essential part of the water treatment plant. It is designed to remove iron compounds contained in water in various forms (dissolved, colloidal or as a suspension). Waters containing iron in these forms are practically colorless and transparent at the time of collection, only after contact with air or after boiling brown and rusty deposits of iron compounds precipitate from them.

The effect of using such waters are contaminated with iron compounds installations, iron sanitary facilities, any household appliances in contact with water. Water de-ironing takes place in two stages. The first stage involves aerating water through an aspirator installed between the pump and the hydrophore tank. The second stage involves passing this water through the filter bed. The compounds precipitated in the deferrization process are retained on the filter bed and removed at fixed intervals in the process of counter-rotating rinsing the bed.

The set includes: 150dm³ tank (vertical, galvanized), filter bed, aspirator, splash nozzle.
