HERB Iron 3 Forms + Vitamin C is a modern dietary supplement combining as many as three sources of iron: gluconate, fumarate and glycinate. Each capsule provides 20 mg of iron (142% RWS), which ensures full coverage of the daily requirement. The addition of 100 mg of vitamin C increases iron absorption and additionally supports immunity.

The preparation has been developed for people exposed to iron deficiency – including women, physically active people, vegetarians and vegans. Regular supplementation can support the production of red blood cells, proper oxygen transport, reduction of fatigue and better concentration.
