RodiCare instant 20g

Complete feed for rabbits, guinea pigs, degu and chinchillas, with high fibre levels and low calcium content.

For temporary nutrition in cases of:

lack of appetite, weakness, before and after dental procedures and during convalescence

Method of administration:

Mix the powder with warm water in a proportion of approx. 1:1,5 (1 part powder for 2 parts water) until uniform gruel is obtained.

Depending on the need, you can make a little rarer or a little denser gruel. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, give about 60-80 ml of gruel per 1 kg of body weight per day, broken down into 5-6 meals (10 to 15 ml each). Very weakened animals should be fed as often as possible in smaller doses (every 2-3 hours).

Depending on the species, weight, age and condition of the animal, the amount of food needed may fluctuate and should be agreed with the veterinarian. Serve the glue in a bowl or on a spoon. If the animal no longer takes food on its own, RodiCare instant food should be carefully injected in small quantities using a syringe into the mouth. During the transition from less frequent to denser food, RodiCare instant food can be formed into balls and thus administered for consumption. When you return to solid food, you can reduce portions of RodiCare instant food accordingly. Store the mixed gruel in a cool place and use within 12 hours. Do not administer gruel in a chilled state. In addition, provide the animal with good quality hay and water.

- the size of individual particles - due to the deliberate variation in the size of the particles of ground food, which thus stimulates intestinal peristalsis and stimulates them to work naturally. In the process of automated filling, there may be more or less thicker ingredients in individual packages. Therefore, it is recommended to use dedicated Rodicare syringes for feeding, which have widened cones, thanks to which food can pass in its entirety.
