HOW TO USE MEGA MASS 4000?

➡ Serving: 150 g (1 scoop) of powder mix with 550 ml of milk 1,5%, water or juice.

➡ When to use?

  • After training (the most important time of consumption – up to 30 minutes after exercise).
  • As an extra meal during the day: between meals, for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

➡️ Standard Dosage:

  • 1–2 shakes per day for body weights of 60–80 kg (with 3 intense workouts per week).

➡️ Dosage Adjustment:

  • Reduce intake if weight gain exceeds 3 kg per month or your waistline increases.
