HOW TO USE MEGA MASS 4000?

➡️ Serving: Mix 150 g (1 scoop) of powder with 550 ml of 1.5% milk, water, or juice.

➡️ When to use?

• After your workout (the most important time to consume – within 30 minutes after exercise).
• As an additional meal during the day: between meals, for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

➡️ Standard dose:

• 1–2 shakes per day for a body weight of 60–80 kg (with 3 intense workouts per week).

➡️ Dose adjustment:

• Reduce intake if weight gain exceeds 3 kg per month or if your waist size increases.
• Increase intake if weight gain is less than 2 kg per month or if you lack energy.
